My Story
8 years ago, I walked into a gym with zero experience. I was 145lbs and intimidated as hell, but I was done with excuses. Fast forward to May 2021—I'm 203lbs at 5'6", in the gym 5x a week, but my body didn’t reflect it. One offhand comment from a friend hit hard. That’s when I realized: I had gained 60lbs without even noticing.
I got serious. I hired a coach, tracked my food intake, and focused on macronutrients. In 7 months, I dropped 30lbs, got a 6-pack, and found a new level of confidence and energy.
