Refund policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your program with a detailed explanation.

Non-Refundable:

  • Customized programs that have already been delivered.

  • Services that have been fully rendered.

Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Delays: Programs are delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase. Expect possible delays during holidays.
